I was traveling out of state by myself for a conference and was looking for something out of the ordinary, fun and safe to do at night. I'm married, female, and late 30's. I heard about Brasil's from the doorman at my hotel who said it was a good place to go for the Wed night dance lessons. Being by myself with no friends to hang out with between dances WAS going to feel odd, but hey nobody knows me and nobody cares! Well, let me tell you, there was no time between dances, because I never stopped dancing. Ladies, this is the place to go because there are 2 times as many men as women! I had a blast! This place is not for drinking. I had one watered down drink for $7 but didn't have time for anything after the first one. People that worked there were real nice. I wished I could have stayed longer, but had to get up early for my conference. |
